Well guys, this is an odd one.  I went to look at it today and found the
following:

He has paper work stating it is a 1967 #5081.  Paperwork is from UK and
lists last owner as Martin Paul.

All the Mantula bodywork was done by the owner 20 years ago in UK.  He
modeled it after a Mantula.  It is a good job!

Dashboard has air vents on each end?

Front window is just sitting on the car.  Not installed.

Back window is missing.

Windows, tailights and other parts are in the boot.

Leather/vinyl interior looks to be in good shape.

Engine is professionally installed.  We did not start it.

He has only driven the car once.  Home from where he bought it.  He then
commenced working on it and has a bunch of pictures showing his progress
with the fiberglass mods.

When I was there this AM 133 peole were watching the auction on-line.  The
current high bidder is from Italy and wants it pretty bad.  Also a buyer
from NY is very interested.

In my opinion it would be quite a bit of work to get it back in top
condition.

The steel frame, the serial #5081, the strange engine, etc. has me baffled.
Maybe someone before the current owner made some mods also.  I don't know if
a body can be taken off a wood frame car and then placed on a steel frame??

Anyways, he would like around $10k USD so take it from there.  He will email
me with the outcome of the auction.
