Just went thru this process on my 3L and found none in the US but you can work directly with AVO.
Only issue is the cost to ship across the pond. Shocks are PE529 fronts and PE951 rears and they can do springs as well. Front springs for me wer e E9250 and the rear were E9170, 250lbs and 170lbs.which may not be what you want for springs. I have not ordered them yet but will soon as I run AVO's on my Elan and they work very well.
