In 1974 I sold my first marcos to an individual in Sausalito, CA. It
was a #L volvo. It had a parts catalog in a loose leaf binder that
listed most of the parts and numbers. The car originally came from a
dealer in Berkely. Does anyone in the group have one of the catalogs
and woud the be willing to sell a copy? The person I sold the Marcos
to was goig to change the color from red to silver.

Bill,

I have the catalog I think you're talking about. It lists all the parts by Marcos part # and also lists mfg. #'s for some stuff. I can mail you a copy if you like. email me your address direct to my email address.

At the Palo Alto British meet last fall I spoke with a gentleman who knew of a Marcos that was sitting in a carport in the Sausalito area. It was a Volvo powered Marcos. I gave him my name, etc. and he said he'd contact me but I never heard another word. Maye he'll show up at this year's meet.
