Hello Ben,
try the pictures of "pistonheads" from the car taken today at the Motorshow. These pictures seem to show also a different car. No "gills" on the sides and another bonnet, than on the MARCOS website.
The shape is much better than the TS 250 but I would prefer my old fashioned Mantula.

Hi group,

I haven't seen it announced here so I thought I'd post it: Marcos has
announced the TS0, designed by Damian McTaggart of TVR fame. 5.7l
Chevvy V8 with up to 400 HP (in the TSO R/T) in 1095 kg, prices range
from 40k to 45k GBP. They have also acquired the services of ProDrive,
and if I understand the press release correctly they will expand to a
new site at ProDrive.

The TSO is on display this week at the Sunday Times Motor Show at the
National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.

The press release is here:
http://www.marcos-eng.com/html/press_releases/press_release4.html

And the TS0 page is here: http://www.marcos-eng.com/html/ts0.html

I can't form an opinion yet about the shape, the photo's are not very
clear (probably taken with a wide angle lens, I hope). On the photo's
it looks way to 'stubby' in lack of a better word. Anybody seen any
better pics?

Kind regards,
Ben

They look the same to me, both have gills and the bonnet seems the same
too. I noticed they seem to have the previous logo back again (not the
yin-yan thing).

So do I. The headlights are a step forward (i.e. backward <grin>). But
I like the bonnet from the Mantula (and Mantara) with the air openings
much more. Also, like the TS250/500, the boot has lost it's
stereotypical shape.

Kind regards,
Ben

Anyone else notice the bonnet badge? The PROPER Marcos badge is back.

Watch the video clip at Pistonheads, obviously peace has broken out
between Steliga and the Dutch, which is good for Marcos as a marque.

Cheers.

Mark

Yep, there's a discussion on the Marcos Enthusiasts board regarding the logo. Guess all is well between the two.
