Really interesting could you try to dig a little bit deeper (67-76)?
Especially with international events. this would help enourmously
with homolgating the vehicles with the FIA

Also kind thanks to Christian Fey

Hi Johan,

I have the private E-Mail from Klaus. He has a lot of original
pictures made by himself from racing in Europe as well from the
MARCOS factory and a lot of documents of these times. But I don´t
want to bring his private Mail adress in the forum.

So the best way would be to send me a private Mail in MOC Forum.

regards
CF Mantula

Hi Hal,

Just to let you know I haven't forgotten. I will send you some pics of Roger
in period which give you a good idea of helmets etc. The suits we wore then
were single layer Dunlop light blue and I think Sparco do a current
reproduction which is Vintage legal.

On the engine front, the 1600 was used from 1967 onwards so depending on the
tech guy your dealing with you might be able to convince him that it is
period correct. Otherwise, list you car as a '67!!!
Since the spec for the car was essentially unchanged from 66 to 67 and it is
much easier to get parts for a crossflow I think that would be in the spirit
of the regs.

My 3ltr. will be ready for the paint shop this week and I hope to race it in
early July. 7 years in restoration but I can see the light at the end of the
tunnel!

Regards
