I want to restore a 3-Litre from 1971 with a Ford engine. Now that I 
want to strip down the car I want to carry through some modifications.
Any information regarding a modification is very welcome.

Hi Twan,

I rebuild completely a Mantula Coupe in winter 2004. I can help with the official Marcos dismanteling list if this will help.

What modifications do you want to do? I did quite a lot of work on the chassis and beside some modifications on our own we fitted a lot modifications normally made for the later Mantula Spyder to strengthen the chassis. Have some hundred pictures of the dismanteling and the rebuilding, so if you want I can burn you a CD.
