Hi, Um, I just caught a live streamed track by the 21st Century Schizoid Band (former members of KC picking up old habits), and I noticed to my (mild) horror that these guys, rather than using 'Tron samples (or better still, a real 'Tron), have replaced the traditional string parts with something like a modular synth emulation of the 3 violins tapes - and it sounds awful! Anyone have any explanation for this most erratic and disturbing behaviour?
