Is Mellotron Digital still in Clearwater Florida?

Greetings fellow Mellotronists: I had read at Mellotron.com that 
there was a Mellotron Digital facility down in Clearwater, Florida. 
I was wondering if anyone would know weather, or not it's still 
there in that location? I am moving back to that area soon, not even 
10 miles from there.  thanks for viewing!   -Brady
