a MK2 over a Chamberlin 600/660, and vice-versa? Which one would you pick and why? I would pick the Mellotron MK2. I assume that it is a problem getting parts and/or service for the Chamberlin 600/660. The resale market would be larger for the MK2. When you make a big purchase, it's nice to know that you can sell it and get your money out of it quickly. I know that a number of the Chamberlin voices are appealing. If you want Chamberlin voices, you can have MK2 or M400 tapes made up. (Personally, I think that there are more than enough great Mellotron voices to choose from). Clay
