Lou Malnati's isn't considered very authentic Chicago pizza by locals/purists I don't think. But if that's what you like, I don't have a different recommendation. 2. I don't think there's anything interesting w/in 4-500 miles of Chicago... just farm country (and the lakes in WI). Notre Dame?
