Pretty much my opinion.  It's nice to have different stuff with that flavor, 
sort of like discovering unheard material, but it just isn't the same.  One 
of the things that I looked forward to from early Yes, G(abriel)enesis, ELP, 
and the like, was the wondrous surprises in each new album.  Hearing 
somebody play new stuff that really just pays tribute to a moment in time is 
pleasant, but lacks any sense of exploration and adventure.  New Yes is the 
same way, they capture the sound, but it just doesn't blaze new trails and 
excite me the way the early oeuvre did.
