If it's any help, I just got the Roland M-VS1 this week which include
several 'Tron-ish sounds.  I'm happy to sample these for you to
compare, or to provide as samples on this page you're proposing to
build so that others can compare.  Maybe have a grid of certain notes,
certain chords, all without effects, from different machines side by
side?

Just a thought!
