Ahhh - Vincent Crane, RIP.  I actually liked Atomic Rooster -
I think the album you're refering too is titled, "In Hearing
Of..."  [not sure of the elipses, though]

Any Mellotron on those Atomic Rooster discs?  None to my
knowledge - but I've been corrected before on this list.

On an even more tangental note...

During the dot.com bubble, I worked for a software
development company that was developing syndication software
for internet content.  A represetantive came in from one of
the heavy-duty record labels and I had a chance encounter
with him.  We chatted a bit and I talked about an idea of
using the syndication software with an internet jukebox, such
that people could request less popular tunes.

His response, "You mean like, Atomic Rooster?"

I was born in 1970, though I look even younger.  So the
record biz guy didn't think I'd know the band.  I lept at his
response and chatted a bit about Peter Green playing with
Vincent Crane (still don't have the disc)

Sorry for the WAY off topic bit, here...  Probably more
suitable for the Hammond Organ list.  I quit that one - too
much noise.
