Check off this early recording of The Moodies "Love and Beauty".  Less
reverb, clearer sound.  Mike's style on the Mark II is refreshingly
unpolished, a given as this is their first credited Mellotron track. 
Wonderful stuff....

YES! very nice. 

the big question is what is this sourced from? judging by the clarity 
it comes from a master tape of an earlier take. did someone unearth 
some early Moodies session tapes in a rubbish bin or something?

From the information I have, the original broadcast was from 1967, but
this was taken from the re-broadcast of that original show on the
Friday Rock Show from 1979.

yep! the session contains Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood, Love and 
Beauty and Leave This Man Alone. 

funnily enough, i have this but had forgotten about it. DOH!!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
