Hi - It is asking a lot. Front Panel Designer doesn't have a way to export images natively, so you'd have to print out the design, then scan it, and then post it. Just so you could look at it - it's not like you can do much else with pictures. I also use a mac. I run vmware fusion on it, and have a windows xp setup mainly so I can run the odd program like front panel designer that doesn't have a mac version. I used to use virtual pc, which while quite slow, was perfectly useable for running front panel designer. I highly recommend vmware if you have an intel mac. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for schaeffer to port their app to mac - something tells me it's one of those things that sounds like a great idea, but as long as they get enough business doing things the way they are currently, it's going to sit on the back burner indefinitely.
