When I read the AH policy I get the negative impression that this vendor has a lot of dissatisfied customers who complain so he has go to great lengths to cover his butt before taking in a sale. I suspect it's only a very tiny number of customers and I'd deal with them privately. Most people know Peter makes quality and unique modules and are very satisfied.
