Seems I've cased some waves with our new policies. Wasn't my
intention. If you don
t know about this, have a look at the Purchase page, click on the NO
ADAM HENDRY policy and give it a read. The information included is
vital, but the tongue and cheek in it's name went over like a lead
zepplin.
It seems I have offended the very group of people I'm here to support,
some of the most talented individuals I've ever met, and I'm asking
for your assistance.
I think you know the thrust behind it. It's something that had to
happen. I do no know of any manufacturer who clearly states what is to
be expected of the equipment they are about to purchase. I need to
make that clear. Help me rewrite it, please give me suggestions. All
will be considered.
thanks,

1) A basic information page where you say things like "you need a case," and "since the beginning of time, all analog circuitry has been somewhat imprecise."
2) A warranty and service page. This can be specific and stern without sounding angry.
3) For certain modules perhaps say its performance expectations on the module info page. (Although I seem to recall a very detailed account of the VCO already posted. Maybe people just need to read.)
It might be good to keep something light-hearted in there as well, such as:
"We are a boutique company founded by largely self-taught enthusiasts. We want to make beautiful music and we want to help you do that too. We like to have a friendly relationship with our customers, but it takes two to do that. There was this one Adam Henry guy who totally did not get that. His music sucked anyway. Please click here and here to read our general info primer and warranty info. Keep it real yo."
