PLAN B analog blog

All,

It has come to my attention through a series of letters which finally arrived after several 
attempts to contact him that Art Roberts is a spammer.  

I've not sold a unit to Art Roberts.  I don't even know who Art Roberts is. The fact that 
he posted saying he received his units from California didn't immediatly concern me as I 
have sold and shipped units to the Garden State, and thought initially that possibly one 
of those customers had sold them to this individual.  But after contacting all of them 
about this as I would have wanted to transfer warranty information to Mr Roberts, I 
found that none had parted with their Model 15s.

It is not my M.O. to expose people for this type of activity.  I find it to be foolish and 
immature and bordering on libel.  So, I let it go.  But after these letters arrived yesterday 
from "Art Robets', who joined this yahoogroup moments before posting and left it 
immediately afterward, it became obvious to me that his person is a fraud.  I hope that it 
his posts didn't cause any of you who have been waiting patiently any concern.

I am shipping units.  I am building units - a matter of fact, this is all I'm doing.  They are 
coming and all should be out in the next five weeks.

ji peter. i never got any communication from you, so i dont know why
youre calling on of your customers a "spammer"!

fraud? i only subscribed to post the audio bite and tell everyone whos
waiting for one that you are indeed shipping units. i dont wish to
recieve mountains of yahoo spam if i dont have to, and since your
group can be read without being a member i chose not to remain one and
clog up your file section with a rather sophomoric mp3 file. im sure
others would like some room to put stuff up besides me.

yes he is folks. im really loving these oscs! maybe i'll post an mp3
later.

i dont appreaciate your attitude though. so much for customer service!
perhaps you should email me next time before making some stupid

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Plan B Analog Blog list,

I'm sorry to bother everyone with this nonsense - but I am uploading some
information to clarify the falsehoods "Art Roberts" has recently posted to
this list.

First, I've uploaded a screen shot in the photos section showing that Art
Roberts rejoined this list just moments before posting his recent letter.
He had left the group shortly after his initial posting and soundbite
removal.  He also posted onto Analog Heaven - this letter was, to this day,
his only posting EVER on Analog Heaven.

I've also forwarded two this list the two letters received from Art
yesterday which he suggests didn't exist, which lead me to believe he is a
spammer.

Not true.  I've checked with Roger, I've seen his invoicing records against
Plan B VCOs - he has never shipped anything to you, nor have you ever
purchased anything from him.  You're lying.

See two forwarded letters received yesterday entitled "Re:Thanks" and "peter
puffer' from Art Roberts.

OK, I hope this clears the air.  In the name of quality bandwidth, Art
Roberts has been banned from the Plan B Analog Blog list.

Sorry to disturb everyone with this nonsense.
