You can use Qimage, but you have to output to file rather than printer. Qimage remains limited to only 8 bits per channel output, even in the latest version. Mike Chaney remains adamant there is no need for it. You should set the printer ICC to QTR_RGB_Matte_Paper (or ..._Photo_Paper if using lustre/glossy paper of course) - some older versions of Qimage have problems with the QTR_Gray_ profiles) and probably set the target ppi to 360. I usually have sharpen set to 4 rather than the default 5, but thats just personal preference I can't help with which curves to use, sorry, as I have no experience with either that printer or that inkset. You'll probably eventually need to create your own.
