OK I figured it out, and I'll post it here so it's in the archive...

Inkseparation8 print  =  r1900 cart order/color

Line 1          =         cart 3 / MK
Line 2          =         cart 8 / C
Line 3          =         cart 2 / M
Line 4          =         cart 1 / Y
Line 5          =         cart 4 / R
Line 6          =         cart 5 / O
Line 7          =         cart 6 / PK
Line 8          =         cart 7 / GO

what a mess...
