QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Tyler,

Yeah, the ink orders can be confusing.  While the order on the page had some
reasoning to start with, how that translates to Epson order is pretty random.

Another trick you can use though is to find the PPD file under QTR.

Here's the first few lines of QuadR1900.ppd ---
*PPD-Adobe: "4.3"
*%PPD file for QuadToneRIP
*%Inks MK,C,M,Y,R,OR,PK,GL

The *%Inks line shows the QTR order of inks for that printer.
