I believe the "GRAY_CURVE" command is limited to 16 pairs of numbers. It appears you have 20. I'm also not sure you're calculating the "GRAY_CURVE" values correctly. What is your actual measured data?

With the modified qdensity file, why not just put the measured values into the LINEARIZE field?
