Hello, I'm the guy who wrote a week or so about trying to print color through the Print Tool. I bought the Print tool, gave it a try. Unfortunately it is canceling my print. If I print the same file thru Photoshop, it successfully reaches the printer, but it's very muddy as described earlier, which I assume is the double-color-managing problem. Here is the procedure i'm following with Print Tool. Any hints welcome! Many thanks in advance. JP -- Open a color tiff in the Print Tool and arrange it to fit the paper. -- Select printer "EPSON Stylus Pro 3800" from the pulldown menu at top right. -- Click "Page Setup..." button and choose the 3800 again, and set up the proper paper size and feed. --Click "Print..." button, choose the 3800 again; set Color Matching to ColorSync; Print Settings to my paper type; Color menu to Color; Color Settings menu to Off (No Color Adjustment). Then, when I click the "Print" button, it immediately cancels the job and pops up a message box, "Print Cancelled." Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I definitely have the Epson driver installed for the 3800 (not the generic driver that sometimes gets installed.) Many thanks in advance, JP
