QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hello,

Bottom line: QTR Print Tool is nonfunctional here.

I've deleted the QTR Print Tool, reinstalled it, still have this problem: QTR Print Tool cancels all print jobs. Happens when trying to print to my "Epson 3800" driver, or to my "Quad 3" driver (the one set up to use QTR through Photoshop to the 3800).

System and setting details in previous messages, appended below.

Any suggestions? 

Many thanks for any guidance on what I might be doing wrong, or how to troubleshoot.

This is on Mac 10.7.5. I have purchased QTR Print Tool and the original rip.
