Hi Paul,
Are you on Mac or PC?
I'm on Mac and had the same problem a few days ago (QTR profiles not showing in the QTR Gui).
The problem was solved changing the access and sharing parameters of the quad folder:
Go to Library/Printers/QTR/quadtone, there you select your printer from the list and ctrl+click to get to the advanced options drop down menu, select 'get info', at the bottom of new options window, change the access parameters to 'Read+Write'. Then run the install script within QTR again and they should show up.
I can't be of any help regarding the softproofing, as I create my own softproof profiles with a spectrophotometer.

Let me know if it worked.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
