QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm trying to set up for using MIS UT14 ink in an Epson Stylus 1500w (identical to Artisan 1430).  I'm running Mountain Lion OS on a Macbook.  I've been trying to use dpgoldenberg's files from this site but keep getting the message access denied when the install script is trying to access the library with the profiles.  I can only install the printer as Quad1400 and cannot put any ink names or anything after this (e.g. Quad1400-UT14) regardless of permutations of folder name, install script name and printer name.

The only profiles (curves?) installed are Claria-2880-EPGPP and Claria-2880-HFBG-BO, which weren't in the installation folder.  I had been able to install Paul Roark's profiles for Claria inks previously, but so far none for UT14.

Has anyone set up UT14 profiles on a 1430 with Mountain Lion? and if so how did you do it?

I am still fairly clueless about the whole electrical photography business and new to Macs as well, so any help would be gratefully received.
