Thanks Mike I've found the alignment utility and have reset the alignment. I can't see any micro banding now. However the longitudinal "streaking" is still visible. This appears t only affect about 3" in from the left side in areas of uniform dark tone. Still non plussed, as it is noticeable in landscape and portrait mode. i.e. parallel to the left edge in terms of paper transit and also parallel to the bottom edge????
