As I said in my original post, everything is the same and I have 
doubled checked it.

I am using my own profiles because I am printing at 2880 dpi. The 
included profiles created for 1440 do not work for me.

No, I am not using icc profiles.

I have sent some files offline that show what is happening to the 
prints.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
