Hi I have the same problem here for my Epson 1400 with MIS ink, I rarely print matte, and it's only for matte I've been using QTR, but today I got a cpl of new profiles to test, and had to install QTR again. After installation I run the setup script for 1400 MIS, but then in the end I dont get the QTR settings when I select QTR-1400 as printer when I want to print... they're just not there! I've reinstalled, manually deleted all old files, rebooted, reinstalled again, simply gone! I'm on Mac OS X 10.7.5. Would be great to get a quick answer to this one, I really would love to test the new profiles! Probably it's just a simple stupid mistake I've done or something. -- http://felinik.com http://www.facebook.com/jf.felinik <https://www.facebook.com/jf.felinik> 2013/3/3 James Stewart <8jstewart@...> > ** > > > Folks, I've had this problem before but can't recall how I fixed it. > System: Mac OSX Lion testing QTR printing to an Epson 9600Pro and an Epson > R2400.
