QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi all

Since I'm stuck with a problem that I can't quite understand, I re-made a print from the QTR ink limit PSD; the results is here:

I followed Paul's instructions as to have my scanner replace a densitometer (I know that it is not the best way to work but�) and I read the followings L values.

I can already see that something is very wrong; last week my prints were very nice and showing a continuous tonal range (nearly as good as my darkroom prints) then, for no reason, I get prints that are partially solarized and there is some portions of the print that show "blocking".

I don't really know where to begin to cure this problem aside from throwing the whole thing off.
