QTR-Quadtone RIP

Create-ICC and Linearize-Data formats:

Columnar data.
X,Y,Z are not used at all.
A and B are optional -- assumes 0 if not given.
Either L or D is necessary (any of the column headings).
Gray is used if there, otherwise even values are generated.
Values are sorted by Gray if its there (this allows checking for in order)
otherwise just sort by L or D.

If there are no headings, intelligent guesses are made -- look at the popup page to
see if you are getting what you expect.  If not add headings manually.

Lastly you can put a single line with just L or D values -- like the linearize string.

As you can see there are a lot of possibilites, I think it should handle most text data
file formats.
