There is no banding involved. I have managed a complete print since I posted this, but it still happens too much. Guess I'll check out the Epson or Piezography groups. Thanks for your answers.

With Eboni-6 I usually print images that are only 9 inches long on a letter size paper. With the Noritsu dyes in the "2K-2LK" setup I print with only a 1/4 inch border, usually good results. The leading edge is better than the trailing edge, so for my cards, I print the image on the leading edge and the back is the trailing edge.Paul
