Yes. Print-Tool is Mac only.
The No Color Management option in Photoshop has been dropped on both Mac and PC.
Keeping an old version of PS on your computer is probably the easiest if you have one.
I think there are other programs on Windows. Qimage is a possibility -- but I don't use it.
QTR the print driver is a completely different product. Its a whole Epson printer driver
for printing B&W photos. It runs on both Mac and PC.
