Roy,

built in sizes work fine: A0 not a problem, but there's no built in 44" roll size, is there? I knew about the 25cm limit, so that's not it, tried several margin settings as well. What I haven't tried is making e.g. an A4 sized custom paper size. I'll try that next monday. No, I 've never gotten an error message...

Have you tried the built in sizes or just custom sizes? One other thing is there is a minimum length too. 10 inches or 25.4 cm.

Do you get any error messages?

Hi Roy,

Thank you for your insight and the detailed suggestions. I think I've tried it all now, trew away the presets etc, but I'm still unable to print full width. Custom paper size of 90cm wide didn't work neither, which makes me conclude that it is not related to earlier used settings..

Hi Marc,

I'm betting you have the Preset issue that shows errors on the max paper size.
Do you get a Letter size print out? This is when the size that QTR sees is too large.

The following describes the issue:

What's going on is that the Preset (actually Last Used Settings)
has both QTR settings and Epson settings. The Epson settings come
from some previous
printing that had borderless 13x19 printing. So it sets this
variable to expand the size by
3% (Epson does this to make sure there's no white line on side). So
in the end the
13in wide is multiplied by 1.03 which is too big. Pretty weird and
contrived but that's whats happening.

I tried to find a way to clean up a particular Preset but OSX seems
pretty determined.
The most foolproof is probably to Trash all the preset files and
reboot the computer
and start from scratch. But the less drastic way that I think will work is:
