The printer name "Quad4800-K7" indicates that you have installed the QTR driver for K7 Piezography (Cone) inks. That you are getting psychedelic color prints indicates that you are not using the K7 inks, but rather the standard color inks. This means that you installed the wrong QTR driver.
You need to first delete the Quad4800-K7 driver, then go to Applications>QuadToneRIP>Profiles>4800-78--9800-UC and use the Install4800.command script. (Bold for emphasis.) Note that there are 2 folders for your printer under Profiles. Be sure to choose the one for UC rather than K7.
