Thank you that was absolutely right!! Are Piezography inks better? I live in Singapore and there is not much choice here.
Hi Carolyn~ I am head of technical support for Inkjetmall, creators of Piezography K7. I came across your post, and am concerned that you are getting any color when printing with Piezography inks, and wonder if you're dealing with more than just selecting the wrong printer model. I can't find you in our customer data base, so assume you purchased from us under a different name, or possibly bought the system from one of our customers. When you installed the Piezography ink cartridges, what did you do to charge the printer with the new inks? Are you using a matte only setup, with PiezoFlush in the LLK channel, or a gloss system with Gloss Overprint in the LLK channel?
I want to make sure you're getting the best results and are happily printing.
