RE: [QuadtoneRIP] printing epson 4800 to mac OS 10.7.5 amd CS 7

I just felt like referring to Dana's unsolicited response below that appears
to me to be a level of customer service (unsolicited?) that is way above the
norm or what I expect. Hearty kudos to Dana and InkjetMall!!!! Very
impressive!

If only more vendors were like that, what a world it would be?

Hi Dana,

I think Caroline was replying to my previous post when she wrote:

Thank you that was absolutely right!! Are Piezography inks better? I live in
Singapore and there is not much choice here.

She is not using Piezography inks, but had mistakenly installed the K7 QTR
driver rather than the UC.

Cheers,

Keith

Hi Carolyn~ I am head of technical support for Inkjetmall, creators of
Piezography K7. I came across your post, and am concerned that you are
getting any color when printing with Piezography inks, and wonder if you're
dealing with more than just selecting the wrong printer model. I can't find
you in our customer data base, so assume you purchased from us under a
different name, or possibly bought the system from one of our customers.
When you installed the Piezography ink cartridges, what did you do to charge
the printer with the new inks? Are you using a matte only setup, with
PiezoFlush in the LLK channel, or a gloss system with Gloss Overprint in the
LLK channel?

I want to make sure you're getting the best results and are happily
printing.
Best regards~ Dana :)
