That's not the way QTR works. It assumes the file its printing is greyscale anyway - control of which inks are used is through the QTR curves. Its a long time since I last created curves, so can't remember the details, and it'll vary between operating systems anyway. In essence you probably need a curve that gives 0 ink output for all but the cartridge you want to use, and 0-100% for the cartridge you want to use (a straight line should do!) and then find which level of grey you need to use to get the opacity you want without too much ink spread. If you tell us the operating system you are using, someone should be able to give you more detailed instructions, if you need them. There are significant differences between Mac and Windows, and between old and recent versions of the Mac OS. hope that helps ...
