QTR-Quadtone RIP

I've downloaded Windows version of QTR this afternoon (Version 2.7.0.0), it defaulted to placing the program in Program files x86, I'm on a 64 bit system with windows 7.  I haven't altered this.

The Interface loads fine and my Epson 3800 is recognised, however I can't seem to get Photoshop or Lightroom to find the the newly created Quad3800 printer.  I've read both the original and updated (2014)user guides but both offer no explanation - indeed the 2014 is a Mac guide and the Interface is different to what I have.

Could someone point me in the right direction as to how Photoshop CC and LR 5.3 'find' the Quad3800.
