Hi Sandy,
Thanks. My printer is an R2880 and I have loaded Photo black as I can only load one black ink at the time, so either photo or matte. This is probably why my Black Ink drop-down is greyed-out. I guess the printer & Print Tool will handle the paper type correctly, right?
