Re: R2400 + QTR

2005-10-05 by ja_person2003

Hi Gib,

I have both the R-800 and the R-2400, and have been using the R-2400 with QTR for the
past couple of weeks. The results are great and I just love the combination. I am currently
using the printer with Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Satin paper, as well as Epson Velvet Fine Art
paper. I only use matte black ink.

The R-2400 is outstanding in either color or B&W. Truly outstanding. And, as you would
expect, produces much much better prints than the R-800.

I now use the R-800 for normal printing, as well as for glossy prints up to letter size, of
course. With the R-800, I use Epson Premium Semi-Gloss paper, or Ilford Galerie Smooth
Pearl paper.

Best regards,
Jose
