When qtr loaded for me, the ink slider was full rail to max. That caused my first digital negative to print as a pool of liquid ink.

So if you have not already done do, take the ink slider down from +50 to 0 (midrange)

I have a very similar experience and installed the software because it was claimed that it could make a better job of printing on an (admittedly limited) R2000. I have never seen so much black ink on a print - 3 hours later it's still drying in the airing cupboard.

Has anyone actually managed to make it work with an R2000?
