QTR-Quadtone RIP

I would really like to know the answer to this. We are on Macs and have not been able to use the front feeder on the R3000. Pizza wheel marks are a real problem on digital negatives that require a lot of ink (i.e, for salted paper). Printing using the front feeder solves this problem. Works fine on the 3800's.
