I'm at work and have QTR installed in the default location on Win7. The inkseperation.tif is found in C:\Program Files (x86)\QuadToneRIP\bin\inkseparation.tif

That is the same directory that QTRgui.exe is installed in.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
