Hi
I cannot find "inkseparation.psd" (or .tif) anywhere in my PC. It should open automatically when in calibration mode but nothing happens. Something I should have downloaded?

I'm at work and have QTR installed in the default location on Win7. The inkseperation.tif is found in C:\Program Files (x86)\QuadToneRIP\bin\inkseparation.tif

That is the same directory that QTRgui.exe is installed in.

The Tiff files should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\QuadToneRIP\bin, and Calibration Mode (Tools>Options>Calibration Mode) ought to bring them up.

I solved the mystery. During installation the "curve creation tools" option is unchecked by default. I usually leave unchecked things unchecked during installations, kind of "recommended" settings to my mind. I re-installed w that box checked and Presto! The file appeared :-)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
