Re: [QuadtoneRIP] how to deal with graphics in a post

Graphics or images shouldn't be a problem in the files section. A PDF file will be the easiest way to bundle that information.
Wonder what paper white clipping of scanners does to curves in the highlights.

Near as I can understand, a Yahoo! group does not allow graphics, either inserted in the text or as attachments. I also checked out some of the entries in the "Files" section here but the ones I saw did not contain graphics.

How would it work for users if I used links to Dropbox for my graphics? What I want to upload is a file on:

"Using a flat-bed scanner to measure ink densities and linearize a curve in QTR"

With the help of another individual we've developed a method that, with care, obtain results that are quite reliable. The text is about two pages long when printed out but it does contain a couple of screenshots.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
