In answer to your question about what dimensions to use, I have Qimage
output borderless TIFF files. Otherwise, the file will include the
paper margins and this may cause QTR to say it's too big.
But getting Qimage to do this is a two step process and not intuitive.
At least it wasn't for me. Here's how I do it.
1)Set up Qimage with any paper combination.
2)Select File/Print_To/File
a)Enter the Width and Height of the final print
b)I enter "720" for PPI (because in an email years ago, Mike
