I am newbie here. Looking for a RIP software for printing CMYK positive film to expose screens for printing on my new Epson 9900, I just happened to see Quadtone RIP, a $50 shareware.
Not familiar with it's usability for color-sep CMYK image files and print black positives on my Windows computer successfully.
I read it is mainly for printing Black & White images. Is it for B&W alone?
Also I read it is on MAC and it is no good on Windows platform.
This prompted me to put my doubts at this group of experts on QTR.
Kindly elaborate on my doubts.
