Part of image missing on 3880

I am using carbon inks and  QTR in windows on my 3880.  I am printing some panoramas that are on paper 16x36 using the sheet feed on the printer.  Some of the images print in full but often the image prints with the bottom 1/3 or so missing. Any thoughts.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
