I'm not sure you both are having the same issue. There are a couple things that
I know of that can happen.
There's an issue to too large a paper size for the printer. One case of this results
in the system reverting back to the default Letter size 8.5x11. In Page Setup if
you select a different "Format for" printer depending on the exact sequence it
seems to can get it to cause trouble. A more tricky one is to get the Epson
driver's Expand for Borderless flag set in a Preset that you then reuse for QTR driver.
A paper size declared for full width of printer (perfectly ok) then gets just slightly
bigger and get rejected later in the process. This is particularly hard to deal with
since the flag is hidden and the print system automatically applies it before getting
to the QTR driver. You have to recreate the Presets for this.
Finally you have the possibility of a connection problem. Ethernet connections can
just drop occasionally, too long USBs can be flakey.
If you have continued problems give more details and I may be able to see
which issue you have.

I have a similar problem, I've4 printed several panoramas from 30 to 60 inches long by 16 wide and the last attempt to print one 28" wide resulted in a 7.x by 10.x image printing in vertical orientation and not centered. It is the upper left corner of the image re-oriented. Feed from the sheet feeder as the other pan9;s were. ???
